Where does Totalcool ship from?

Can I track my Totalcool order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package's journey through the shipping carrier's website.

How long does shipping take in the UK?

When ordering Monday - Thursday customers will receive next day delivery if ordered before 1pm, Friday orders can be expected to arrive on a Monday.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact Totalcool’s customer support team with your order details. They’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and ensure it reaches you.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
