Product perfect, dispatch time from supplier perfect, sadly FedEx have proven themselves to be next to useless, selected drop off at pick up point as I would not be home to receive, confirmed by FedEx my choice, still waiting for item with no word from FedEx, tracking just says delivery rejected, last time this happened is because they were still trying to deliver to my house

Bought this at Windsor Ch show and it’s been brilliant! We use it in the car to keep dogs cool and in our caravan where it helps keep the temperature down, a must in the heatwave. So glad we decided to invest in ourTotalcool 3000.

At first I had issues charging this with the cable provided and a normal usb to c wall plug but customer services were really helpful and sent me a link for a fast charger and now it’s charging really well. I wish the cart had let me know when I ordered that a bundle of air cooler and power bank was available and cheaper than the items sold separately, which were already in my cart. I know I should have checked out the whole site before finalising the order but it would have saved about £30 if the cart had picked this up. Having said that the power pack enables the air cooler to work in my car/ tent and ismarvellous
