Can you charge the Totalpower 1500 in your car and how long does it take?

Yes, it takes around 12 - 13 hours on a standard 48-watt 12 volt cigarette lighter socket.

Can the Totalpower 1500 be taken on board a plane?

No. This is a lithium battery product. According to the international air transport standard regulations, the capacity of carrying lithium battery products can not exceed 100WH.

Why does the Totalpower 1500 make a 'buzzing' sound when using it?

This product uses an air cooling system. When the fan is working normally, it will make a slight noise, which is completely normal.

Why is the device power of the equipment I want to use within the rated output power range, but not suitable for use?

A: The battery of the unit is low and needs to be charged.
B: The peak power used by some equipment is greater than the highest peak power of the Totalpower 1500 or the nominal power of the equipment is greater than the actual continuous power of the Totalpower 1500.

Will the charger be damaged due to heat during use?

When the charger is in normal use, it is normal to have some slight heat; if this becomes too hot, it is recommended to stop using the charger immediately and contact the after-sales team.

Is it possible to give a vehicle an emergency start with my TP1500?

Yes. Using jump start lead (sold separately by Totalcool) via 12V10A car charging port located on the front right of your TP1500.
A: Correctly connect the battery clip to the positive and negative poles of the car battery, the red clip is connected to the positive pole (+) of the battery, and the black clip is connected to the negative pole (-) of the battery.
B: Ensure that the green light on the start status indicator is on and turn the vehicle ignition to the START.
C: After the car starts, immediately remove the battery clip.

How do I clean the surface of the Solar Panel?

Dust and dirt should first be removed by using a soft brush. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt.

How much does the Totalpower 1500 weigh?

Are the foldable solar panels waterproof?

Yes, the TS400 product meets IP67 waterproof which maximizes the lifespan of the solar panel.
